Happy New Day Yoga Tribe!Today is a very special day! It is Monday, the start of the new week, after the very important and powerful weekend we just had. We just witnessed a New Moon and the Spring Equinox and a Solar Eclipse all in the same weekend. This weekend was obviously one of those very auspicious moments we have all been waiting for to plant new seeds, to ask for our biggest desires, to dream big, and to make the most important changes in our lives. There could never have been a better time to take these actions.And today, Monday, the beginning of the first week following this magical weekend, is the ideal time for us to start to cultivate all those new seeds we just planted! To start to take action to make those changes and to realise those big dreams!Right?! … Well, I'd like to invite you to consider the idea that this is all… BULLSHIT! Surprised?! … Now, don't get me wrong, I don't disagree that this weekend or this Monday are good times to create intention and to manifest these type of things. BUT, i disagree that it is the only time. Or, that it is the best time. Or that it is any better than any other time. It can be so easy for us to become passive and accepting of our life situation based on limiting belief systems. We can think that now is not the time for us to create something new or to ask for something better. We can believe that nothing will work or change at this point in our life, at this time of the year or this stage of our relationship. It is too early or it is too late. Today is not the day. The Moon is night right. Something is in Retrograde.But, maybe, just maybe, TODAY is the ONLY day! Maybe today is the only time we can plant seeds, ask for our greatest desires and dream our biggest dreams. Only then, can we take the action to cultivate and bring to life all those intentions. Only then will we be able to manifest all the things that we choose in this lifetime!So why must we wait?! Why can't we make today the perfect day to start the process!? Any process! Any Desire! Any Dream! Any Change! Yes we can do it ANY day! Yes, we can do it TODAY! If we missed out on setting our intentions during the auspicious triple alignment power this past weekend, let's not wait for the next Solstice or Eclipse or Moon. I invite you to do it today!
