Gannon Power Breathwork Teacher Training GPVY 100 – Breathwork
After more than 25 years of teaching Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Transformation... it is time for a dedicated Gannon Power Breathwork Teacher Training!
If you have practiced with Michael in his signature, Gannon Power Vinyasa Yoga, you know how amazing this system is! And if you have practiced in his GAVY style Ashtanga, as taught in his book Ashtanga Yoga Made Simple, you also know :). Both of these styles of asana will be incorporated into the Gannon Power Breathwork Training.
This is categorized as another GPVY-100 Teacher Training, registered with Yoga Alliance or as Continuing Yoga Education.
Each GPVY 100 Teacher Training is 10-days and the tuition is $30,400 MXN.
The Gannon Power BREATHWORK Teacher Training (DATES TBD)
All GPVY/GAVY 100 Trainings may be taken individually or combined with other Gannon trainings to reach 200, 300 or 500 RYT recognitions. Michael Gannon Yoga is also a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), so these trainings may be used for Continuing Education.

8:30-10:00am GPVY or GAVY Asana Class
10-11:00am Brunch Break
11:00-5:30pm Breathwork Lecture / Discussion / Practicum / Teaching Techniques / Assisting
(Lunch and Break mixed in)
6pm-7:15pm GPVY or GAVY Asana Class
One Day Tapas Temazcal Ceremony and Cenote Adventure in The Mayan Jungle

Standard Room Single Occupancy (1 pax): $2728 USD
Standard Room Double Occupancy (2 pax): $2428 USD per person
IMPORTANT: The Double Occupancy room rate is per person. The attendance of 2 people must be guaranteed to obtain this rate, otherwise the room cannot be guaranteed.
NOTE: You do not need to take multiple trainings, but they may be combined to form your RYT 200 certification.
